Common questions

  • How do I delete my account?

    Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Personal data is purged within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

  • How do subscriptions and refunds work?

    PawM8 Gold is processed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings — we cannot cancel on your behalf. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy.

  • Someone is making me uncomfortable. What do I do?

    Use the in-app report button in any chat or profile. Reports are reviewed and we take action up to and including permanent bans. You can also block users in Settings → Blocked Users.

  • I forgot my password.

    On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" — we'll email a reset link.

  • I want to give feedback.

    Email us at the address below. We read every message and reply when a reply is useful.
